Your voice counts

'Your voice counts' enables you to directly feedback your thoughts, comments and experiences of Merseyside Police. You can comment on any aspect of Merseyside Police services or employees.

When using this form after midnight on Saturday 22nd May 2010, you will receive a message warning about this website's security certificate. This problem will be fixed on Monday 24th May 2010. In the meantime, it is advisable to contact us using the non-emergency number on 0151 709 6010. Remember, in an emergency, always dial 999.

Your comments will be used to improve our services so they meet the needs of local communities.

What type of things can I write about?

It's up to you. You can write about anything you think we need to know about. This could be a recent good or bad experience, any dealings with staff or a story you have recently heard involving Merseyside Police. Your comments can be positive, negative or a combination of both.

'Your voice counts' simply gives you an opportunity to tell us what you think.

How can I submit my comments to 'your voice counts'?

Simply complete the online form providing as much information as possible and submit it.

You can also collect a form from your local Merseyside police station.

What happens next?

If you provide your contact details when submitting your comments, you will receive acknowledgement. Within 21 working days you will receive a response to your comments.

A separate complaints procedure exists for making complaints against individual police officers or police staff. Advice on this procedure is available at any Merseyside Police Station, Citizens Advice Bureau or on our website.
