• Complete the application form (DP1) ensuring you carefully read the notes on the associated letter and the information provided on this website, particularly page 2
• Return the completed application form to us along with your two forms of identification (as detailed) and payment of the statutory fee. (UK Sterling - £10 GBP – payable to MERSEYSIDE POLICE)

Send your application to the address on page 2 of the letter which accompanies the form DP1

Please ensure that the envelope bears sufficient postage as excess postal charges can not be paid by Merseyside Police
