Wow! Awards

Nominate a Police Officer or member of Merseyside Police staff for a Wow! Award.

The Wow! Awards are for you to provide feedback about individuals and nominate them for giving you outstanding customer service.

This is an opportunity to recognise individuals who are not only on the frontline but also those who support the backbone of the organisation.

If you feel you have received excellent customer service from Merseyside Police then please feel free to show what a great job they are doing.

Before you nominate an organisation for The Wow! Awards, there are 4 criteria that must be met:

• The nomination has to be something that makes people go 'WOW!' due to first class customer service.

• The nomination needs to be about a recent experience not something that took place a year ago.

• It must be about a genuine customer experience, something that has happened to you personally.

• You cannot nominate Merseyside Police if you have personal involvement with them.
