The Data Protection Act 1998, gives an individual the right to ask Merseyside Police for a copy of their personal information held by the Force.
Please read the section "Applying for Information" to ensure that you use the correct method to obtain information, as employment vetting and certain applications for a visa require that you do not use subject access.
