Update: Three Men Arrested And Firearm Seized
Officers from the specialist Matrix team arrested three men on
suspicion of possession of a firearm following the recovery of a
shotgun at a property in Fazakerly on Saturday (27 October).
Officers executed a warrant at a property in Longmoor Lane at
around 7am and during a search found a shotgun and a quantity of
shotgun cartridges.
Three men, aged 19, 21 and 22 all from the Fazakerley area were
arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm. They were
taken to a police station to be interviewed by detectives.
All three men have been released on police bail
pending further enquiries.
