Burglary - OD's Clothes Store, St Helens
Detectives in St Helens are appealing for information following
a burglary at OD's clothing store, Cotham Street in St Helens on
Saturday, 17 into Sunday, 18 November.
Officers believe the burglary took place between 9pm on Saturday
night and 3am on Sunday morning, when a large quantity of designer
clothing was stolen from the store.
It is thought there were four offenders, all were wearing dark
clothing and using a white coloured transit type van.
Crime scene investigators have attended the scene and CCTV is being
examined.
The stolen items include; UGG, Maharishi, Ralph Lauren, Dior,
Vivienne Westwood and Armani, clothing shoes and accessories.
Detective Constable Lesley Sanderson said: "I would urge anyone who
may have any information about this incident to come forward.
"This type of burglary is not a victimless crime and has had a
massive effect on the owners and staff of this store. I believe
attempts will be made to sell these goods on and I would urge
anyone who may have been offered such items, to get in
contact."
