Update: Missing From Home - Michael Andrew Campbell
Update: Merseyside Police can confirm
that Michael Andrew Campbell has been found safe and well.
Merseyside Police is appealing for the public's help in tracing a
man who is originally from the Sefton area who was reported as
being missing onFriday, 31 August 2012 but has not been seen by his
family in over12 months.
Michael Andrew Campbell, 24, was last seen by his family on the
morning ofWednesday 29 August 2011when he left his temporary
address in Leeds Street, Liverpool. His family has not seen or
heard from him since. Police have been actively seeking Michael
since Friday.
Despite not being seen by his family enquiries have led officers
to believe Michael was staying in the Waterloo area of Sefton up
until the end of July. Both his family and the police are growing
increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Michael is described as being white, 6ft tall, of heavy build
with collar length mousey brown hair. He was last seen wearing navy
blue Nike tracksuit bottoms, a navy blue v-neck t-shirt and a dark
blue anorak. He also has a tattoo of a cross on his upper right
arm.
Michael is known to frequent the Blackpool, Lancashire, Preston,
Liverpool and Bootle areas.
Officers would urge Michael, anyone who knows of his whereabouts
or anyone who has seen a man matching his description to call
Merseyside Police on 101 or the National Missing Persons hotline on
116 000.
