Merseyside Police has produced this document in anticipation of a substantial number of requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 relating to Operation Pepperberry/Operation Greenbank (disorder in Merseyside starting Monday 29th July 2024). Notice is hereby given under The Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 that from Monday 1st July to Friday 9th August 2024 between the hours of 9.30 am and 4.00 pm, on weekdays any person may inspect, and make copies of the accounts and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts and other related documents of the Commissioner and/or the Chief Constable for the year ended 31st March 2024, as stipulated in Sections 25 and 26 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014.
