OP TARGET: Two men charged following discovery of cannabis farm

Two men have been charged with Production of a Controlled Drug after a large cannabis farm was discovered on Newstet Road, Kirkby on Tuesday afternoon.

Dawid Ryba, 21 and Tomasz Wisniewski, 24, both of Doncaster Road, Leicester will appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court today (10^th December).
