Two charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and attempted robbery

We have charged two men with conspiracy to commit robbery and two counts of attempted robbery.
Paul Boardman, 44, of Peckmill Green, Netherley and Terry Hathaway, 40, of Parkview Drive, Netherley, were charged that between 8th December and 12th December this year they conspired to rob business premises.
They were also charged with attempted robbery in relation to incidents at Waterfields in Woolton Street, Woolton and Sayers on Speke Road in Hunts Cross on Saturday 12th December.
They have both been remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool adult remand court today, Tuesday 15th December.
