Man arrested on suspicion of theft of a poppy collection box in West Derby

A 49-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of theft following the theft of a poppy collection box from a butchers shop on Mill Lane in West Derby on Saturday, 7 November.

The man, of no fixed abode, has been taken to a police station where he will be questioned by detectives.
