Detectives investigating a sexual assault on a teenage girl in Orrell Park on Monday (21 September) have arrested a man.
The 30-year-old man from Aintree was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and has been taken into custody for questioning.
Enquiries continue and we continue to appeal to anyone with information to come forward.
