Can you help? Wirral Coroner’s Office are looking to find next of kin of a Wirral man who recently passed away.
71-year-old Philip Sibley sadly died at his home on Town Meadow Lane, Moreton yesterday (Monday 14 September). There are no suspicious circumstances.
