**UPDATE – 3PM SATURDAY 10TH APRIL**
Three people arrested yesterday, Thursday 9th April, on suspicion of offences under the Air Navigation Order, after reports of a drone being flown near to Aintree racecourse, have been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has provisionally suspended the permission of the registered flight school believed to have been involved, pending further investigation.
