Appeal to trace whereabouts of Joel Hastings

We are appealing for help to find a 27-year-old man from Netherton.

Officers investigating reports of an assault would like to speak to Joel Hastings as he may have information about an incident in Netherton on 15th December 2020 which could assist them.

He is described as a white male of slim build, 5ft 8in tall, with blue eyes and short, light brown hair. He has a Liverpool accent.
