
Detectives have charged five men and four males with drugs and firearms offences following a strike day yesterday, Thursday 1 July.
As part of our ongoing commitment to tackling drug supply, firearms and arson across Merseyside, a number of warrants were executed at addresses in Dingle.
The strike day also resulted in quantities of drugs and cash being seized by officers.
They have been charged as follows:
- A 17-year-old male from Aigburth was charged with conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life; conspiracy to possess ammunition; conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life; handling Stolen Goods; conspiracy to supply class B drugs, and possession of criminal property.
- A 17-year-old male from Toxteth was charged with conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life; conspiracy to possess ammunition; conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life; handling stolen goods, and conspiracy to supply class B drugs.
- Aaron Donohue, 20, of Bewey Close Toxteth, was charged with conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life; conspiracy to possess ammunition; conspiracy to supply controlled drugs, and handling stolen goods.
- A 15-year-old male from Toxteth was charged with conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life; conspiracy to possess ammunition, and conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life.
- Daniel Lawler, 20, of Halewood Road L25, was charged with conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life, and conspiracy to possess ammunition.
- Sian Kanu, 19, of Amity Street Toxteth, was charged with conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life.
- A 16-year-old male from Toxteth was charged with conspiracy to supply class B drugs.
- Jack Atkinson, 18 yrs, of Llanwrst Close Toxteth, was charged with conspiracy to supply class B drugs.
- Darren Lawler, 25, of Copperfield Close Toxteth, was charged with conspiracy to supply class B drugs.
The above will appear at Liverpool Magistrates court on Friday 2 July.
