Merseyside Police can confirm that a 28-year-old man from Walton has been charged in connection with a fatal road traffic collision in Huyton earlier this month.
At around 12.45pm on Monday 1 March, it was reported that an off road bike was in collision with a pedestrian. The pedestrian was treated for serious injuries at the scene, and taken to hospital for further treatment, where she sadly died.
Following enquiries, 28-year-old Daniel King of Nimrod Street, Liverpool was charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified, driving without insurance, and causing death driving whilst disqualified.
King will appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court today, Friday 19 March.
