Merseyside Police have charged a man following a burglary Aigburth on Monday 24 May. At around 11.50am, police were called to a report of burglary at a home address on Ashbourne Road. Following a search of the area, a man was detained by officers nearby.Albert Thomas, 56, of Mill Street Liverpool, was charged with burglary with intent to steal. He was remanded in custody to appear at Wirral Magistrates Court on Tuesday 25 May.
