Wanted: Loi Van Tran

Please share and help us find a man from Liverpool, Loi Van Tran, who is wanted on a recall to prison.
Tran, 35-years-old, breached his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for Drug Production. He is now wanted.
He is 5’ 6” tall, of proportionate build with black hair with dark brown eyes. He has links to the Anfield, Huyton and Garston areas of Merseyside.
