NWROCU: Two arrested on suspicion of drugs and money laundering offences

Detectives from the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit (NWROCU) have arrested two men in relation to the supply of class A and B and money laundering offences.
Warrants were executed at two residential addresses in the Kirkby area and a business premises in the Knowsley area of Merseyside and the two men, both aged 45, were detained and are currently in custody.
The arrest forms another part of the NWROCU response to Operation Venetic, a national investigation into the use of encrypted mobile devices, commonly referred to as Encrochat.
