It was reported that a male assaulted staff in Chicken Bazooka. He was reported to have thrown furniture and spat at them.
The male was reported to have made off on foot up Mount Pleasant in the direction of Clarence Street.
Patrols attended and searched for the male but he could not be located.
The suspect is described as a black male, around 6ft tall, wearing all black clothing.
No serious injuries were reported but staff were left extremely shaken by the incident.

Detective Inspector Chris Saidi said: “We simply will not tolerate such violence towards people simply carrying out their business in our communities and we are working to find the man responsible and bring him to justice.
“If you were in the Mount Pleasant area on Saturday night and witnessed the incident, or saw the man described making off from the area, then please let us know.
“Similarly if you captured any mobile phone or dashcam footage when driving on Mount Pleasant then please contact us. Information you hold could be vital to our enquiries.”
