We have charged a man following several burglary offences and a sexual assault in Liverpool on Tuesday 12 April.
At around 4.45am, we received a report that a man forced entry into a property on Crosby.
It was reported that the man entered the victim’s bedroom armed with a knife and sexually assaulted her.
Peter Croft, 34 years of Elmsfield Road, Crosby was charged with burglary, attempted burglary, robbery, sexual assault and possession of a knife earlier today (13 April 2022) at Wirral Magistrates Court and was remanded into custody to appear on Wednesday 11 May.
