Officers from the North West Regional Crime Unit arrested three people during warrants in Liverpool and Cumbria yesterday (Thursday 21 April) as part of an investigation into County Lines drug dealing.
Following two Misuse of Drugs Act warrants in Kendal and one in Garston, three men were arrested and taken into custody for questioning.
As part of the searches officers seized a number of mobile phones, which have been taken for forensic examination.
A 41-year-old man and 22-year-old man, both from Kendal, were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
They have been released under investigation as enquiries continue.
Carlton Mullen, 22 years, of Maldon Close, Halewood was arrested and later charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
He was remanded into custody to appear at court today (Friday 22 April) where he was further remanded to appear at a later date.
