Wanted: Tom Hayes

Know this man? We are appealing for help in finding a 23-year-old man who is wanted on recall to prison and failing to appear in court.
Tom Hayes from Old Swan, Liverpool failed to appear at Norwich Magistrates Court in relation to drug supply offence and a recall to prison.
He is described as 5ft 4in tall, of slim build, with blue eyes and brown hair.
He has links to Huyton, Dovecot and Old Swan areas in Liverpool, and to Ingatestone and Brentwood areas of Essex.
