We are appealing for information following a report of a collision involving six pedestrians and a vehicle in Kirkdale today, Thursday 8 December.
At around 8.50am it was reported that a white van had been in a collision involving six pedestrians on Westminster Road.
The driver stopped at the scene and is assisting with enquiries.
A woman in her 20s and two children aged seven and four were taken to hospital and are receiving treatment for minor injuries.
The other three pedestrians, who are under 18-year-old, were not injured.
Westminster Road and Rumney Road are currently closed while emergency services deal with the incident.
We are appealing for any witnesses, CCTV and dash camera footage which may assist the investigation.
