Update: Man charged after missiles thrown on pitch at Everton

We have charged a 19 year-old man with assault and throwing an item onto the pitch following an incident at the Everton v Aston Villa game at Goodison Park yesterday, Saturday 22nd January.

Roger Tweedle, of Cranehurst Road, Walton, was released on conditional bail to appear at South Sefton Magistrates Court on 28th February.
