Appeal for information following discovery of woman found dead in Kirkby

Detectives are appealing for information following the discovery of woman found dead in Kirkby today, Saturday 11 June.

At around 5.30pm emergency services were called after a report that a 38-year-old woman was found dead an address on Brook Hey Drive in Northwood.

Detective Inspector Alyson Keenan said: “It is with great sadness that we confirm that a 38-year-old woman was found dead at a property on Brook Hey Drive.

“We are in the very early stages of the investigation as we seek to establish what has taken place and how she died.

“We urge anyone who may have seen or know something that might help with the investigation to please contact us.”
