A third man has been charged with the murder of 18-year-old Michael Toohey in Liverpool city centre on Saturday, 16 April this year.
Kieron Williams, 28 years, of no fixed abode has been charged with murder and will appear at Wirral Magistrates Court today (Friday, 1 July).
Three other men aged 27, 19 and 54, who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender have been released under investigation.
Two men have previously been charged with murder.
Michael Williams, 24 years, of Carlake Grove was arrested and subsequently charged on Wednesday 8 June with the murder. He appeared at Liverpool Magistrates Court on Thursday 9 June and was remanded into custody to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on 14 November.
Anthony Williams, 31, of Hillbrook Drive, Walton was arrested and charged with murder on 17 May, and following an appearance at Liverpool Magistrates Court that day, he was further remanded to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on 14 November.
