Detectives are completing multiple lines of enquiry after the body of a man was found on Smallridge Close, Pensby on Sunday, 27 March.
At this stage, police are treating this incident as a unexplained death and, at this stage of the investigation, we are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
The five people arrested at the scene have been released with no further action.
The deceased’s next of kin have been informed.
A file is being prepared for the Coroner.
The scene has now been stood down on Smallridge Close and we would like to thank the local community for their patience while the incident was dealt with.
