A Liverpool man has been charged with drugs and money laundering offences.
Anthony Judge, 48, of Ellerman Road, Liverpool, has been charged with conspiracy to import a controlled class B drug (Ketamine) with intent to evade a prohibition / restriction, conspiracy to supply class A (Cocaine and Heroin) and class B drugs (Ketamine), and also acquire / use / possess criminal property (money laundering).
Judge was arrested yesterday, Thursday 12th May.
He was remanded into custody and is due to appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court this afternoon (Friday 13th May).
The charge forms part of the Merseyside Police response to Operation Venetic: a national investigation into the use of Encrochat encrypted mobile devices.
