Temporary Detective Chief Inspector Steve McGrath said: “While we have now made three arrests in relation to this investigation and our enquiries are progressing well, we are still keen to hear from anyone who may be able to assist our investigation into Michael’s tragic death.
“This incident happened in a busy area on a Saturday evening, and there were a number of people stood at bus stops on London Road, walking past TJ Hughes or driving along London Road who may have witnessed this incident or a vehicle driving erratically at that time.
“We remain keen to appeal to anyone who saw or has heard what happened to come forward. Similarly, if you captured any mobile phone footage or dash cam footage then please contact police.”
