Concern for safety at Kingsway Tunnel, Liverpool

We can confirm that at around 2.30pm today, Sunday 27 November, we received a report of concern for the safety of a man at the Kingsway Tunnel in Liverpool.

Kingsway Tunnel and the surrounding roads are currently closed while emergency services deal with the incident.

We ask that the public avoid the area and find an alternative route. We thank you for your patience as we deal with this incident.
