Man arrested following incident at Kingsway Tunnel, Liverpool

A man was arrested following an incident at the Kingsway Tunnel in Liverpool yesterday, Sunday 28 November.
At around 2.30pm it was reported that there was a concern for the safety of a man at the Vauxhall end of the Wallasey Tunnel, which was closed for around four hours while officers dealt with the incident.
A 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public nuisance and arson with intent to endanger life.
The suspect is still in police custody.
