We can confirm that officers are currently at Queen Square in Liverpool this morning, Wednesday 23 November, following the death of a woman.
The woman reportedly fell from the Q Park car park at around 1am. She was sadly pronounced deceased at around 1.30am.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing and the woman’s next of kin have been informed.
Emergency services remain in the area to establish the full circumstances of this incident, which is not initially believed to be suspicious.
The car park is currently closed and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
