Officers are appealing for help in locating a man they would like to speak to in connection with reports of theft, shoplifting and burglary in Southport.
It is believed David Bigley, 42 years, from Hesketh Bank, may be able to help with enquiries following with a with a number of incidents of theft from people, shoplifting and burglary of businesses in Southport.
He is described as 5ft 10in, medium build, short brown hair and blue eyes.
