Knowsley man charged with drug and counterfeit money offences

A 38-year-old man was arrested at a property in Halewood on Friday October 14, following an investigation by Merseyside Police.
He was taken into custody for questioning.
A quantity of Class B drugs, amphetamine, and counterfeit £20 notes were recovered from the property.
Anthony Copeman, 38 years, of Lonsdale Road in Halewood has been charged with producing amphetamine, two counts of import/acquire/possess/use a regulated substance without a licence, possession of a controlled Class B drug (amphetamine) and possession of counterfeit currency.
Copeman will appear at Wirral Adult Remand Court today, Tuesday 17 October.
