We have charged a man following an incident in St Helens yesterday (Thursday 20 April).
At around 8am, officers attended a property on Gaskell Street following a concern for safety and a man was arrested.
David Young, 44, of Gaskell Street, St Helens, has now been charged with affray, making threats to kill, using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear and abstracting electricity without authority.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton and St Helens Adult Remand Court tomorrow (Saturday 22 April).
