A woman has been issued with a three year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) following an incident in the city centre.
Anita Daniels, 52, of no fixed abode, was issued with the CBO by Sefton Magistrate’s Court yesterday, Thursday 10 August, after being convicted of indecent exposure.
It comes after an incident on 20th August last year when Daniels exposed herself in public in the city centre.
The CBO bans Daniels from entering a large area of the city centre, illustrated on the map (see image below).
Community Policing Sergeant Charles Cottier said: “This is highly welcome news for the people who live and work in Liverpool city centre. Should Daniels breach this order then she can be arrested and could be imprisoned.
“The Local Policing team will continue to seek similar orders against those who seek to cause harm to our communities."
