We are appealing for help to find Mark Cummings, 39, from Kirkby who is wanted after failing to attend court.
He was due to attend court in connection with drugs offences but did not attend.
Cummings is described as 5ft 8in tall, with a heavy build, short grey/black hair and blue eyes.
He has links to Melling, Bootle and Hawarden in Wales.
