We have charged a man with theft and criminal damage following incidents in Hoylake last week.
On Tuesday 14 February, damage was caused to Market Street businesses BetFred, Mother India Restaurant, and Hot Stuff Stoves.
A man was arrested yesterday. Sean Draboczi, 34, of Stanley Road, Everton, has now been charged with three counts of criminal damage.
Draboczi appeared today (Friday 24 February) at South Sefton Magistrates Court (Friday 24 February) and was recalled to prison for breaching licence conditions. We await confirmation of the criminal damage matters and will update in due course.
