Three men have been charged in connection with an assault which took place in Liverpool city centre on Saturday evening, 25 February.
It was reported that there was an altercation between two groups of men at a bar on Fenwick Street.
Three men were taken to hospital with one suffering serious facial injuries after being attacked at the bar. One man remains in hospital in a stable condition.
Three men were arrested and have now been charged.
Two men, Mark Bleasedale, 34 years, of Bardsay Road, Walton and Luke Abrams, 23 years, of Belmont Road, New Brighton, have been charged with affray.
Owen Cotton, 23 years, of Berwick Close, Newsham Park has been charged with affray and three counts of section 18 wounding with intent. He remains in custody.
All three suspects will appear at Wirral Adult Remand Court today, Monday 27 February.
