Wanted: Henrichas Stepanovas

Have you seen this man? We are appealing for help in finding a man from Liverpool who is wanted on warrant for a suspected drugs offence.
Henrichas Stepanovas, 41, who is originally from Lithuania, is described as 5ft 9in tall, has short brown hair, hazel eyes and wears glasses.
He has links to Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire.
