A free community event is taking place in St Helens this week (Friday 23 June), to help residents find out more about what's happening in their local area.
St Helens Council, The Safeguarding Children Partnership and Merseyside Police will hold the 'St Helens Connects' free community event on Friday 23 June, 10 am - 2 pm,.
The multi-agency event will be held at St Helens Town Hall and there will be an information village with a variety of stalls and free bike marking outside.
It offers an exciting opportunity for locals to learn more about what’s happening right on their doorstop!
It’s designed to share the knowledge and raise awareness of services and provisions within the St Helens area.
Professionals and local services are also invited so they can see what is out there to signpost people they are working with.
In attendance will be Hamma Gym, NHS representatives, DA WA12, adult and young carers, children’s centres, St Helens Wellbeing Team, Neighbourhood Watch, YMCA, Teardrops, Footsteps, YPDAAT, Project Medusa, diversionary activities, bike marking, plus lots more!
No requirement to book, just turn up on the day.
