A man has been arrested and charged following an incident in Garston yesterday, Tuesday 20th June.
We received a report just before 11.30am of a road traffic collision involving a number of vehicles on York Street.
Mark Jones, 40 years, of Windfield Green, Garston was arrested and charged with possession of a knife blade in a public place and two counts of failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
He appeared at Wirral Adult Remand Court today, Wednesday 21 June, and the case has been referred to Liverpool Crown Court.
His next court hearing is on Wednesday 19 July.
