A man has been charged with a burglary offence which took place in Liverpool city centre.
It was reported that on Tuesday 23 May a man broke into Copacabana restaurant on Queen Square and stole the till.
Warren Johnson, 49 years, of no fixed address, has been charged with burglary.
He was remanded into police custody and due to appear at Wirral Magistrates Court today, Thursday 25 May.
