A St Helens man has been charged following a report of an incident involving replica firearm.
At around 2pm on Saturday 18 June 2022, officers were called to a report that a man had been threatened with an air rifle on Hard Lane. No one was injured during the incident.
Robert Paul Scully, 44 years, of Hard Lane, Dentons Green has been charged with possession of a weapon for the discharge of a noxious liquid/gas/electrical incapacitation device/thing, and possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
Scully is due to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday 14 June 2023.
