Two men were charged last night (Thursday 4 May) after a man was stabbed on Aigburth Road in Liverpool.
On Tuesday 2 May we received a report of a fight between a group of men on Aigburth Road. A man in his 20s was taken to hospital with several knife wounds to his legs and back. He has since been released from hospital.
Michael Ford, aged 25, of Admiral Street, Liverpool has been charged with section 18 wounding with intent, possession of criminal property and carrying a knife in a public place.
Harry Kinsella, aged 21, of Springfield Crescent in Huyton has been charged with carrying a knife in a public place.
Both men have been remanded into custody to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Friday 2 June.
