Wanted: Nelu Pete Cismaru

We are appealing for information to help find a man who is wanted after he failed to attend court in Liverpool. 

Nelu Petre Cismaru, aged 49, is wanted after he was arrested in the Wavertree area on suspicion of fraud and forgery offences. After not appearing in court a warrant was subsequently issued for Cismaru's arrest

Cismaru is described as 5ft 8in tall, with brown eyes, short black greying hair and stubble on his face. He also has a Romanian accent.

Cismaru has links to Liverpool and Bradford.
