We can confirm that 11 people have been charged with various firearms and drugs offences following warrants carried out yesterday, Thursday 9 November.
A total of eight warrants were executed yesterday morning as part of our relentless activity to disrupt those suspected as being involved in serious organised crime groups.
During the course of the day, we arrested 16 people for various offences and we can now confirm that 11 people have been charged.
- Terence Clarke, 35, of no fixed abode, has been charged with conspiring to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life/enable others to do so, possessing a firearm when prohibited for life, conspiring to possess a firearm without a certificate, conspiring to supply Class A drugs (crack cocaine, cocaine and heroin) and conspiring to supply Class B drugs. He has been remanded and due to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens not guilty anticipated plea court, Derby Square, Liverpool on Tuesday 21 November.
- Ryan Leonard, 29, of no fixed abode, has been charged with conspiring to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life/enable others to do so. He has been remanded and due to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens not guilty anticipated plea court, Derby Square, Liverpool on Tuesday 21 November.
- Liam Duffy, 26, of Radmore Road, Knotty Ash, has been charged with conspiring to possess a firearm without a certificate, possessing a firearm when prohibited for life, conspiring to supply Class A drugs (cocaine and heroin). He has been remanded to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton and St Helens Adult Remand Court today (Friday 10 November).
- Connor Hunt, 25, of no fixed abode, has been charged with conspiring to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life/enable others to do so and possession of a firearm when prohibited for life. He has been remanded and is due to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens not guilty anticipated plea court, Derby Square, Liverpool, on Wednesday 3 January.
- Stephen Moore, 51, of no fixed abode, has been charged with conspiring to possess a firearm without a certificate. He has been remanded and due to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens not guilty anticipated plea court, Derby Square, Liverpool on Tuesday 21 November.
- Robert Seville, 27, of no fixed abode, has been charged with conspiring to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life/enable others to do so, conspiring with others to possess ammunition without holding a firearm certificate, conspiring with others to supply Class A drugs (cocaine, heroIn and crack cocaine) and Class B drugs (ketamine and cannabis).
- Anthony Nelson, 26, of Colquitt Street, Liverpool, has been charged with conspiring to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life/enable others to do so, conspiring to possess a firearm without a certificate, conspiring to supply Class A drugs (cocaine and heroin). He has been remanded to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton and St Helens Adult Remand Court today (Friday 10 November).
- Nicola Blood, 52, of Dalemeadow Road, Knotty Ash, has been charged with conspiring to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life/enable others to do so. She has been remanded to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton and St Helens Adult Remand Court today (Friday 10 November).
- Aaron Denham, 29, of Thornycroft Road, Toxteth, has been charged with conspiring with others to supply Class A drugs (cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin) and a Class B drug (cannabis). He has been remanded to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton and St Helens Adult Remand Court today (Friday 10 November).
- Christina Rowlands, 39, of Alexandra Close, Kensington, has been charged with conspiring to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life/enable others to do so, conspiring with others to possess ammunition without a firearm certificate, conspiring with others to supply controlled Class A drugs (crack cocaine and heroin) and Class B drugs (cannabis and ketamine). She has been remanded to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton and St Helens Adult Remand Court today (Friday 10 November).
- Gary Bell, 46, of Northfield Road, or Orrell Park, has been charged with conspiring with others to possess a firearm without a certificate. He has been remanded to appear at Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton and St Helens Adult Remand Court today (Friday 10 November).
Three other males, aged 16, 23, 61 and a 36-year-old woman, who were also arrested for various offences, have been bailed pending further enquiries.
No further action has been brought against a 56-year-old man.
Detective Chief Inspector Steve Ball said: “It is vital that members of our communities come forward with information so we can make our communities safer for the decent, law-abiding people who live in areas affected by gun crime and serious organised crime.
