We are appealing for information following a road traffic collision involving a police vehicle in Liverpool today, Wednesday 8 November.
At around 3.50pm it was reported that three bikes were riding along Southdean Road in Dovecot, when one bike, a Suron motorbike, was in collision with the police car.
The rider of the electric bike, a 13-year-old boy, sustained a serious a leg injury and is in hospital receiving treatment.
An investigation into the collision is being carried out and we are appealing for anyone who saw the incident, or who has dashcam footage, to come forward.
